The art of coopering is one of tradition, precision, handcrafting, and quality. Today, that same tradition of quality and fine craftsmanship goes into every batch of Cooper Cheese. It's why the brand has been in demand since 1893. In 1945, the Cooper Victory label (CV Sharp) was developed in our of WWII veterans. Showing pride in our returning veterans with a reference to "victory" was a common packaging practice of the time. It is with great pride that we continue to honor that legacy today.
